As expected, it seems that his upgrade gives him some info concerning the person he's looking at. Name, personality (here: caring) and familial status (here: married & wife is pregnant). So at the end, MC surprises everyone with those informations. First by asking something similar to "But before that, how is your wife". MC is also talking about a castle? But not sure if he's saying that she's here or hiding in another castle. Considering the room full of toys, I would say that she's probably in this castle but that's just a guess. After that MC mentions the child will soon be born and asks him about the expected date of birth. If we take the reactions into consideration, I guess it's not something that MC should know about so maybe the wife (or/and the pregnancy) was hidden in order to not put her (or the baby) in danger?
