Not just that. The elf was overwhelmed by how precise and in-depth all the documents and prep work MC did for the entire party up until when he got fired. She said that it was to the level that was unbelievable (it was like they lived in very easy mode life by following a walkthrough/guide to success), but she is told all of that were done/made by MC alone so she realizes the entire party is cr*p without MC. And to clarify what I meant by following a guide, elf mentions that the party delved into quests and dungeons following documents and maps that MC made which mentions even the exact locations and other info of traps, monsters, and other important things. Imagine playing Dark Souls but having a real time map that shows everything and info of everything important at hand, as well as god-like buffs. You would not fail unless you are just too stupid to follow the guide.

not to mention they had MC as support and navigator that provided “tutorial-level information for beginners” so that they would be able to understand with practically zero cost because what the leader paid was ridiculous, even the leader of the other group thought it was a joke when he mentioned his monthly salary. Its funny because in most stories where “I kicked a pt member because he was useless” when they recruit a replacement in most stories the leader thinks that all side-work that “the predecessor” (as said by the elf since the leader forbids mentioning the MCs name xD) used to do is a role of that job
