So here's a bit of a summary.

MC (Sawadi) was used by the "enemies within" that have basically slowly taken over the government structure's high positions with their cabal officers and elites in the nobility. Their original goal was to have MC use his powers to restore the magic organ of old and veteran soldiers that have been set aside by the country. Once enough of these soldiers were restored, the enemy intended to manipulate them into taking over the country by starting a revolution and overturning the government after they weaken it with policies that they fool the current ruler into believing. They also used MC's wife who was their spy, to steal MC's technological secrets. After taking his tech for themselves, they wanted to have MC disposed of (which didn't happen luckily because the princess was not a fool).

Now to the present in these few chapters.

Somehow, MC has developed advanced protective equipment for combat operations and provided them to the restored soldiers. Those soldiers included members of the Sawadi family (IIRC the father, and a brother of MC), so the brother was mistaken for MC himself. They formed a Spec Ops kind of unit and are taking down the enemies within the country that have been secretly making reproductions and researching MC's stolen technology, in an attempt to build nukes of sorts to attack the country in the near future.

Because of their exploits in this effort and the combined military might and technological prowess, this secret unit is said to eventually become officially recognized by the country. And, they end up being a special law enforcement operations unit that's very important to the country, and keeping the peace (much like Public Security Section 9 in Ghost in the Shell).
