After that MC had "fun" with the Cassandra (the Pope), she deemed that Michael (current top1) was now useless so she abandoned him. So, yep, the said "top1" is currently pretty pissed off. And it doesn't help that the maids, who dislike him, make fun of him. His dream of using Cassandra and becoming Pope is now gone (fun fact: Cassandra was simply planning on having fun with him... enough to break his mind). And now his position and his privilege are now in danger so he's planning to take his revenge against MC.

However it doesn't mean that he or his group of boys / lovers can take a direct action. Even more since that MC has now the protection of Cassandra as well. Moreover men/boys are weaker than women in this world so using his lovers isn't a good idea. This is why one of his boys has hired two female killers.  I'll repeat myself: "Two FEMALE killers". Against MC. You can already more or less guess the result. ^^

If I remember correctly, the objective of the assassins will be to kill Gratel, MC's customer. As MC is unusually close to his customers compared to normal man prostitute, Michael & his lovers hope that it'll break his mind.
