Sum up made by using the novel... Well, might not be totally accurate. Been a while since I last read it so I'll focus on the most important stuff in this chapter:

The new character is an young slave trader. While he'll sell people, he doesn't want to sell them to people who might abuse/hurt them. So he has been turning down offers that were dangerous and, in order to increase the chances of his slaves getting good treatment, he's even teaching them how to read, how to write, maths, ...etc... And the basic things... Well, not a lot of people know how to do them properly. So as MC is reforming the country, nobles are suddenly asked to do some proper financial reports.

Difficult to do so when you don't have the knowledge to do so... And when you take into consideration that some nobles have been killed by MC (the most corrupt ones)... Well, this is why some nobles are in a hurry. They're looking for people who are literate. It doesn't matter if the person is a refugee, commoner or even a slave. Those nobles need to find someone. That's why quite a few nobles enter the shop. The slave trader examines all the nobles to see if there's no danger for his slave. But no worry. People who can read, write & count will be quite important to those nobles so the job's conditions are more than satisfying (if I remember correctly, the one with the 2 girls is willing to take both of them as spouse. Might be wrong on that part?).

In any case, the shop that was full of slave is nearly empty. The only one that remain is the girl that was with the trader. She's for sure his assistant but she's also a slave if I remember correctly. And we finish with MC that is coming to this shop.

Now a small spoiler concerning next chapter (nothing too important / too big):

MC knows that the literate rate is quite low so he wants to fix that problem. And after having heard that there was a slave trader who taught slaves how to read, write,... etc..., he came to this shop. His goal: To start a school.
