Thats why like MC explained, he worked hard to teach people especially in the guild about how he can communicate with creatures including monsters. He taught them that not all monsters are the same mindless creatures, which helped in identifying how some Unique Class monsters have Gifts themselves and are smart enough to assemble troops and move like an organized army. Unfortunately, not all adventurers bother studying the info provided by the guild so MC even gets mistaken for a monster when he talks to them sometimes.
